Tray washer

Description

The Minor tray washer has a stainless steel housing. One person cleans and greases 100 trays in just 10 minutes, guaranteeing total hygiene. How it works: the tray is fed dirty-side down between two flexible rollers. Through the rotation direction and spring pressure, the rollers carry the tray between two high-speed steel-wire brushes until it reaches the roller exit, then passes to the greasing roller and on to the tray carrier behind the machine. Thanks to its special construction, curved or warped trays are straightened as they pass through. The motor is water-protected and fitted with a protection relay. The Minor washer cleans trays with no more than two edges (i.e. trays without a front or back edge).
