Description
The OVO-TECH UDTJ 10 egg centrifuge is semi-automatic with a capacity of 10,000 eggs/hour. Built in stainless steel, it works in cycles of 210 eggs; every 210 eggs you open the machine, remove the shells from the sieve, close it and carry on. The UDTJ 10 reduces shells by 70% and recovers 98% of the egg mass left in the shell. MOTOR: 1.1 kW 230 V 1/N/PE 50/60 Hz, 110 V 1/N/PE 50/60 Hz. DIMENSIONS: 518x700x880 mm. WEIGHT: 60 kg.
