Description
The OVO-TECH UDTJ 500 egg centrifuge is automatic with a capacity of 120,000 eggs/hour and 250,000 shells/hour. A machine for breaking eggs and separating the contents from the shell. Through its internal system it ejects the liquid egg through one outlet and the shell through a separate one. All parts in contact with the egg are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. It reduces egg shells by 80% and recovers 98% of the egg mass left in the shell. MOTOR: 5.5 kW 400 V 3/N/PE 50/60 Hz, 5.5 kW 230 V 3/N/PE 50/60 Hz. DIMENSIONS: 1040x1075x907 mm. WEIGHT: 265 kg.
