Description
The OVO-TECH UDTJ 5 egg centrifuge is semi-automatic with a capacity of 5,000 eggs/hour. Built in stainless steel, it works in cycles of 90 eggs; every 90 you open the machine, remove the shells from the sieve, close it and carry on. About 5 litres of liquid egg can be obtained per cycle. The UDTJ 5 reduces shells by 70% and recovers 98% of the egg mass left in the shell.
