Description

NEW: High-precision egg breaking (breaks the shell almost perfectly without creating shell waste), raising efficiency to 99%. Built-in CIP (Clean In Place) cleaning system. Built-in eggshell crusher, reducing their volume by 95%. The RX-6 egg breaker has a capacity of 39,000 eggs/hour and uses a gravity feeder with a roller system designed to carry the eggs to the cracking section. It breaks the eggs with special blades, imitating human hands. They then pass to a quality-control tray and slide down a ramp separating yolks from whites. The remaining eggshell volume passes through our eggshell crusher, reducing it by 95%.
